Faridah & Co. was incorporated in 2005 and is a registered member firm of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Professional Fees and Disbursements

Professional fees charged shall be a fair reflection of the value of the work performed and shall take in to account inter alia -  

  •  The skill and knowledge required for the type of work involved
  •  The level of training and experience of the persons necessarily engaged on the work
  •  The time necessarily occupied by each person engaged on the work and
  •  The degree of responsibility and urgency that the work entails  

Out of pocket expenses will be billed on actual basis. However, we will always discuss and obtain the client’s approval before we incur any major expenses.

Principle and Staffs

Faridah Binti Mansor (Principle)  

She is a practicing Chartered Accountant, a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Universiti Technologi Mara in 1997.  

Upon graduation, she joined Aziz Tahir & Co., for approximately five years, Razali Abdul Karim & Co. for approximately two year and form practicing firm FM Management Consultancy as none audit and Faridah & Co. as audit firm.  

She has been involved in all aspects of auditing and taxation such as audit and system review, audit assurance, tax compliance, tax planning, setting-up of financial systems and procedures of the account department.

Support Staff and professional advisors

Presently, the firm is supported by qualified and competent individuals, who are either a graduate in accounting or a member of accounting professional bodies  

In addition, through its connection, the firm is backed by professionals in respective field who will lend their support as and when needed.
